Auburn Daybreak
Rotary
The
Auburn Daybreak Rotary was chartered on February 14, 1995. While our special
projects and activities change over the years, our mission has remained the same. We are here
to provide international service as well as service to our community. Our currently emphasis is
on the local community.
The
Auburn Daybreak Rotary meets every Wednesday at 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. for
breakfast and to hear a guest speaker. If a member misses a meeting, they are required to
make-up the meeting within two weeks before or after the scheduled meeting.
The
following is a partial list of activities of the Auburn Daybreak Rotary Club:
For
the 2001-2002 Rotary Year
Prior
Year's Activities
The
Club participates in special functions such as joint meetings with other local Rotary clubs,
District assemblies and conferences, meetings that include spouses, an annual Demotion Party
to oust the outgoing president, and an annual Christmas party.
The
Club is always open to new sponsorships, projects and worthy requests!
As
you can see the Auburn Daybreak Rotary Club is very busy. Each members participation
in every event is necessary for our Clubs success.
Annual dues of $100 maintain individual membership in Rotary International. Club members
can
pay their dues semiannually (December & June) or annually (June).
